The school provides a caring and enjoyable learning environment where the children are proud of their school and have a sense of belonging. Your new role Starting in ASAP, this role is a full-time position based in a Reception class teaching 5 days a week for a minimum of two terms. Your role will predominantly involve traditional classroom teaching, including planning and preparation of lessons, marking, assessment and attending parent’s evenings. You will also have assistance from a fully qualified TA.
What you’ll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified teacher with high standards and expectations in your teaching. You will need previous experience of teaching the Foundation Phase as well as being committed to enhancing pupil learning and development. It is essential that you have good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with staff, pupils and parents alike.
