Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking to complete Intervention and Catch up support with pupils. Hays are proud to work with mainstream and Special Needs schools across Leicester City and Leicestershire who are seeking Intervention Specialist Teachers. Short and long term roles available with immediate starts – part time and full time hours available. Your new role As an Intervention Teacher, you will provide support to pupils who need academic support to catch up with their peers as a result of the school closures.
You will provide targeted support to these pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis – focusing in areas such as reading, writing, numeracy, speech & language and transition We are recruiting for experienced Teachers as well as NQT’s. What you’ll need to succeed In order to be successful in securing a position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You will ideally have recent teaching experience and knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum. You must be motivated to help the pupils progress with their learning and development.
