Trades Teacher in new 16-18 provision Your new company This is a brand new Academy opening in Bristol to support pupils between the ages of 16-18. The school is designed to support pupils who are not able to access mainstream education and are interested in vocational subjects and the opportunity to access an apprenticeship. The Academy is centred around trades whilst supporting their pupils to gain GCSE Maths and English. Your new role The school are looking for a Teacher that has experience supporting pupils Teaching carpentry and handyman jobs alongside other trade subjects.
For this Teaching job you will require experience dealing with behaviours as well as SEN needs. You will be working on a full time basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. What you’ll need to succeed To be successful in the job, you will have qualified teacher status or relevant classroom-based teaching experience within the last 2 years. The school are looking for someone who can commit to supporting the pupils.
