You will be experienced practitioner of your discipline or be an experienced cover supervisor. You will have had practical experience within the classroom or have a clear idea of implementable strategies to use to ensure positive behaviour. You could be an individual that’s looking for a change after several years in education or a recent graduate of a subject discipline looking to get formal classroom experience ahead of undertaking a PGCE. Requirements for the Role: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; EWC Registration required; At least 3 months’ worth work experience with learners necessary; A clear DBS and excellent references; Applications from NQTs welcome.
