Reed Education Bristol are currently working with a great local SEN school on an exciting new role for a class teacher. To start ASAP , the school are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join them on a full time basis until the end of the academic year. The Bristol based SEN school are looking for a Teacher who is happy and confident working with pupils with a range of special educational needs. They are a small specialist school, who cater for primary aged pupils, all of whom have a Statement of SEN.

They have an excellent team of teachers, TA’s and therapists, whose work is enhanced by the fantastic resources and facilities available. They create bespoke learning plans for each pupil, tailored to their individual needs. The role is set to continue until the end of the academic year and will be paid to scale. What you will need: • UK QTS • Experience of working with children/young people with learning difficulties and managing challenging behaviour.

• You should be committed to enabling the pupils to overcome their challenges and achieve their potential. • You will help the teacher to identify individual needs and provide effective support in a safe, stimulating and supportive environment. • Good communication skills, patience and a sense of humour.
